Terms & Conditions

1.1 "Laundry Order," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Laundry Order and its owner, Brkenc Llc.

1.2 "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person placing an order through our website or platform.

1.3 "Services" refers to laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, delivery, and related services offered by Laundry Order.

2.1 Orders may be placed through our website or approved communication channels.

2.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion.

2.4 Orders are subject to service availability within our operating area.

3.1 By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 A contract is formed once we confirm your order via email, text message, phone call, or through our website.

3.3 Laundry Order acts as a laundry pickup and delivery service provider.

3.4 By placing an order, you authorize Laundry Order to handle, transport, clean, and return your laundry according to the service selected.

4.1 Laundry Order maintains high service standards through:

• Background screening where applicable
• Staff training and quality assessments
• Routine quality control reviews
• Customer feedback monitoring
• Ongoing performance evaluations

4.2 If any employee, contractor, or service provider fails to meet our standards, appropriate corrective action may be taken, including suspension or removal from service.

4.3 While we strive to provide excellent service, individual results may vary depending on garment condition, fabric type, and manufacturer recommendations.

5.1 Customers must ensure laundry is available at the scheduled pickup location.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Laundry Order is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.4 If a customer is unavailable during delivery, Laundry Order may leave items at a designated location at the customer's request and risk.

6.1 Customers must check all pockets before submitting laundry.

6.2 Customers must remove valuables, cash, jewelry, electronics, and personal items.

6.3 Laundry Order is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.

6.4 Customers must identify garments requiring special care before pickup.

7.1 Laundry Order will clean items using commercially reasonable methods and industry-standard practices.

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of items that may pose health, safety, or contamination risks.

7.3 Stain removal is not guaranteed.

7.4 Certain stains, discoloration, shrinkage, fading, wear, or fabric defects may become apparent during the cleaning process.

8.1 Payment is due according to the pricing displayed at checkout.

8.2 Additional charges may apply for oversized loads, heavily soiled items, special handling, or services requested after order placement.

8.3 Laundry Order reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received.

8.4 Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

9.1 Orders canceled before pickup may be eligible for a full refund.

9.2 Orders canceled after pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.

9.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9.4 Refunds, credits, or re-cleaning services are provided at the sole discretion of Laundry Order after review of the claim.

10.1 Laundry Order exercises reasonable care in handling customer garments.

10.2 We are not liable for damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Weak or worn fabric
• Improperly labeled garments
• Color bleeding
• Existing damage
• Shrinkage due to fabric characteristics

10.3 Any claim for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10.4 Our maximum liability for any item shall not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that item or its fair market value, whichever is lower.

11.1 Customers must accept delivery of completed orders within a reasonable time.

11.2 Laundry Order may dispose of or donate unclaimed items after 90 days if reasonable attempts to contact the customer have been unsuccessful.

12.1 Customers agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

12.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

12.3 All website content remains the property of Laundry Order.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Order and Brkenc Llc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13.2 Our total liability arising from any order shall be limited as stated in Section 10.

14.1 Laundry Order shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, government actions, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.

15.1 Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, and communicating about orders.

15.2 We will not knowingly sell customer personal information except as required for service fulfillment or by law.

16.1 Laundry Order reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

16.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
